Tour the Hawaii State Capitol

Scouts and parents can tour the Hawaii State Capitol from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2017. Our group will be led on a tour of the Capitol that explains its role in Hawaii’s government, the unique symbolism in the building’s design, and some history (there could even be a ghost story if you ask about it). This tour fulfills requirement 2b in the Citizenship in the Nation merit badge and requirement 4b in Citizenship in the Community could also be fulfilled in this tour as our local Representative and Senator may be available to meet with us.

Sign up no later than this Friday, March 3, 2017, at the Scout Hut.
